How We Work
The AQS™ doesn't just tell you where adoption quality stands. It tells you why — and what to do about it. We work with organisations through three stages, each building on the last.
01 / Diagnose
We run the AQS™ diagnostic for your organisation. The survey takes approximately 7 minutes per employee and can be deployed across teams, functions, sites, or the entire workforce.
You receive a detailed AQS™ report: headline scores, component breakdowns, barrier rankings, workforce segmentation, and a clear view of where adoption quality is strong and where it's at risk.
Adoption Quality Score
Score (0–100) with Green / Amber / Red classification.
Four Components
Deep dive into Means, Machinery, Relevance, and Readiness.
Psychological Barriers
Detailed scoring across six specific adoption hurdles.
Segmentation Matrix
Relevance-Readiness matrix identifying four workforce segments.
Granular Mapping
Data mapped by seniority, function, team, and tenure.
Benchmarking
Compare results against our propriety cross-industry dataset.
02 / Design
Using your AQS™ data, we design a targeted intervention strategy. This isn't a generic playbook — it's a behavioural blueprint built around your specific adoption challenges.
If your workforce skews "Panicked and Conflicted" (high Relevance, low Readiness), the strategy focuses on barrier reduction: co-design, low-stakes experimentation, identity support. If they're "Ready but Unconvinced" (high Readiness, low Relevance), the strategy focuses on leadership narrative, use-case mapping, and making AI personal to each role.
Different parts of the same organisation typically need different interventions. The AQS™ tells you which ones, and for whom.
What you get:
Intervention strategy
Mapped directly to your AQS™ findings.
Priority actions
By team / function / cohort.
Behavioural change techniques
Matched to specific barriers.
Implementation roadmap
A clear step-by-step rollout plan.
Success metrics
Complete measurement and evaluation plan.
03 / Deliver
We work with you to implement the interventions through a combination of bespoke training, consulting, and embedded support.
This can include leadership enablement workshops, team-level barrier-reduction programmes, use-case co-design sessions, cultural change initiatives, and manager coaching. Every intervention is designed around your data and delivered in partnership with your teams.
We can re-run the AQS™ post-intervention to measure progress and refine the strategy.
